Our client approached us hoping to turn their unfinished basement into a useable space that included a gym, laundry room, storage room and pantry.

After we came up with a design and layout we pushed forward transforming the space into a beautiful useable area with different rooms and uses.
As well as additional square footage to the house our client enjoys the reduced heating bills they now receive.
